Kia ora my name is Mara-lee and today I am going to talk  about what it means to be a hero.

Heroes start as normal humans, but later they start helping the world with bad situations and also protecting others. Do you like heroes? Have you ever believed in heroes? If so, who's your favourite hero? Well, my favourite hero is flash. I like flash  because he is fast like lightning, but he is my favourite because he protects everyone, from those who are trying to hurt them.

To be a hero you need to Be kind, Be brave,  participate in everything and help.  Heroes can be  polite and nice even when something makes them mad. A  brave hero is someone who does something even if it is difficult or if it is a hard thing to do for them. A hero is someone that isn’t scared of anything and gives it a try even if they don’t want to do it. 

Heroes  can make a change like you can too. You can turn into a hero in many ways .  Hands up if you want to be a hero? I'm here to persuade you that you can become a hero. You can stand proud and have confidence. You can make a change too! 

Do you think heroes can do anything? Well I do I think Heroes can do anything if they think about it first 

Heroes are very good at protecting the world because they always know what they are doing, they have a lot of help and courage but they also have a lot of team work  for example, there is captain america captain underpants ,batman, hulk, flash, superman ,supergirl, and thor .

.that's only some of the heroes, there can be millions of heroes  if you choose to be one. Another example is my grandparents. I've been with them most of my life and they have  taken great care of me ever since I can remember. Can you count that as a hero?Well I can because they always do things for me, help me and always take  care of me as well, so you see your favorite hero doesn't have to be a hero like flash,batman,supergirl,  your hero can be anybody even if it is in  your family.

Everyone can have anybody as their favourite hero, you can have your friend as their hero,your  family as your  hero or yourself as your own hero. It doesn't matter who it is as long as you believe that you know who your favourite hero is.
